Clean eating fat girl style

So I have been working on tbe diet...well lifestyle change for about a year and a half. I get a great start and then I fall off. I want a candy bar, I want potato chips, or some thing else just as bad. So I eat it saying just one and one becomes 2 and then all of a sudden I am back where I started.  January I started over again. So far 6 weeks in I have lost 20 lbs and 20 inches. But I also have done a new thing....cleaner eating. I am eating more veggies and less junk. But I still have my chips....but they are special K cracker chips, I still have chocolate but it is a skinny cow or a serving size of fun size candy bars. I am not on a diet.this year I am changing my lifestyle.  I have made a lot of changes and I can not only see the positive effects....I can feel it!

The thing witb clean eating some people think it has to be bland, it has to be boring, you can't have this or can't have that. Here is the real deal....when deny your body what you want for so long you will eventually binge and eat more then just one. By me eating just one or one serving when I say yeah I want that I have broken my binge/starvation cycle that put me here to begin with.

In closing....if you want it...eat it...just one serving and make sure you are drinking your water with it.
