This was not easy nor was it done with the results being a focus on the weight loss. See due to my coaching and working through this process I have went through a change. I am not the same person I was 30 days ago. I am not wanting to ever go back to being that person.
But behind these pictures there is another story. This is an honest look at a disease that they tell you,
- You need medications to remain mobile.
- You may never lose the weight.
- You may never be able to do a strenuous exercise program.
- You will always be in extreme pain...
- I am off all meds except vitamins and oils. There is limited use of even OTC pain relief aids.
- I lost 9 pounds in 28 days...I know when I incorporate nutrition, that number will change.
- I did a Shaun T workout 6 days a week 20-35 mins a day...yes I modified a few moves, but I was committed to my time with him!
- I still have pain, but it is manageable livable pain levels that have given me freedom from being stuck on the couch!
I am wearing clothes and doing things I never thought possible! When I started in October of 2012...wow almost 5 years ago, where I am now was just were I wanted to get to. Then in August of 2015 when I said enough is enough...again here was the goal. Just down to around 300 pounds and able to play and do things with my kiddo. To wear a 2x and a 22, a tankie, and shorts and tanks on hot days...welllll.....
I am grateful for the coaching, support, and content. But I also know, she did not do the actual work for me. I also love my online support from the blog, friends, and family....I also love my Fitfam I gained working with Coach Tulin. All of which would not have been possible nor plausible had I not done one thing back in April of 2015.....When I reconnected with God and had my own personal come to Jesus meeting with myself His plan was set into motion. I joined OA, I used my oils, I slowly started walking and moving. I slowly started putting myself into a position to make 2016 a huge year with moves towards where I am now. What I mean is I laid it down and gave it up to God to how this was going to happen. I have said it before...He laid the path, provided the tools, and I did the work.
I am hoping to get back to a regular posting schedule now as I am slowly getting through a few mind issues. Been dealing with some issues mentally that have had me slightly off center everywhere but in my fitness...which is weird, but such is life! Off I run to get in some steps and knock out some school work! Till next time keep fighting onward!
