So I am on day 5 and I am kinda dreading tomorrow's workout....dirty 30. It will probably be the longest 30 mins of my day. But while me and Autumn are not friends....me and Kat are besties so I will survive it. I am all ready seeing results and I definitely have more energy and more get up and go. My coffee consumption is down to 2-3 cups and I am on day 12 of no creamer, monster, or energy drinks...now tonight I might have another cup just because I am dealing with a wide awake monster tonight. I am enjoying the program and I actually have pretty much figured out the containers...some days I am not getting in all I should but I am eating 6 small meals a day every couple of hours and I am not going over allotted containers for most part and not eating after 9. I also am loving the energy bursts coming back. I will get through this my goal was to be close to 250 by end of challenge....well I am 20 lbs outside of that right now. Wish me luck...every day I get a little stronger and can push a little farther....until next time...
